THREE NEW FACES REFLECT

GROWTH FOR SANDERSONS

Sandersons, Solicitors, the Hull and Beverley based law firm, is continuing to add to its legal team as demand for its services continues to grow.

Cora Cornell, Sarah Coates-Madden and Kirsty Williams have recently joined, with each bringing relevant experience to their respective departments.

Cora Cornell, a law graduate who completed her Legal Practice Course at York College of Law, qualified as a solicitor in 2001. Since then, she has worked in family law, specialising in child care. She is qualifying to be a member of the Law Society’s Children’s Panel and is also a fully qualified mediator with accreditation with ADR, the Alternative Dispute Resolution Group. Cora will be based in Hull and will report to David Roberts, Head of Sandersons Family Law Department.

Sarah Coates-Madden, who has a degree in English and Linguistics from Manchester University, originates from Hull and has returned to her home city to work with Paul Grimwood in the Commercial Dispute Resolution Department. Sarah’s previous experience included working for the Citizens Advice Bureau, which led to her pursuing a career in law after she completed a Post-graduate Diploma and then the Legal Practice Course (LPC) at York College of Law. Having previously trained with a Scunthorpe practice, she is now assisting Paul on a range of issues, including employment, landlord and tenant, and debt collection.

Kirsty Williams of Withernsea has joined David Hextall’s Property Department, and will be concentrating on commercial property, including the purchase of commercial land for development, and leasehold assignment. After gaining a law degree at Hull University, and her LPC at York College of Law, she trained at a Lincoln firm before joining Sandersons.

Duncan Rann, Senior Partner at Sandersons, told us, "I am delighted to welcome Cora, Sarah and Kirsty into our team and I am sure that their talent, enthusiasm and commitment will contribute to their own career success as well as enabling Sandersons to continue to grow".
