SANDERSONS BEVERLEY RESOLUTION SOLUTION

Simon Griffiths, the Sandersons partner responsible for the running of the firm’s Beverley office, has recently gained Accredited Specialist status with Resolution, the UK’s leading family law group.

Simon is an experienced family law practitioner, having been qualified for over seventeen years.  He became a partner with Sandersons in 1993 and has been based in Beverley since 2002, when Sandersons joined forces with the long-established Patersons practice.

In order to become a Resolution Accredited Specialist, lawyers have to agree to uphold the Resolution Code of Practice and also need to pass examinations to demonstrate a breadth of knowledge of family law matters and also specialist knowledge in at least two areas of family law, which in Simon's case were advanced financial provision and private law children matters.

Sally achieved Collaborative Lawyer status in October 2005 and was instrumental in the establishment of the “Hull Collaborative Lawyers Scheme”, of which Sandersons is the only Beverley firm to offer this approach.  They also offer Legal Aid, where appropriate, in certain areas of Family Law.
