David Roberts

I was always ambitious and saw being a solicitor 
as being at the top of my game.








David is a Director of the Company and has over 30 years of experience as a family solicitor and Head of the Family Department.

David joined David Latham & Co in 1985 as a trainee solicitor, which company merged with Sandersons Solicitors during 1988. David particularly enjoyed family law during his training and has continued to work in this field ever since.

David undertakes both low and high end matrimonial finances, preferring to represent those he assists throughout their involvement with Sandersonsons, including representation at hearings.

David also presents divorce applications on behalf of those he supports.

David undertakes children issues, such as disputes over whom they should live with or the contact arrangements.

David continues to be involved in care cases by representing parents who find themselves challenged by a Local Authority.

David has experience in cohabitation disputes, including those over property, such as TLATA claims.

David`s other interests are focussed on enjoying time with his family. He also has a keen interest in playing Bridge, Indoor Bowling, photography, model making and his allotment.

David is a past President of the Local Law Society and Rotary Club of Hull Paragon.

David is a member of the Advanced Family Law Panel.
