James Ashton

I saw a lot of injustice growing up, it inspired me
to try and make a difference.

James is a 15-year-qualified solicitor and Director of the company.

James joined Sandersons in 2000, becoming a salaried partner in 2003 and an equity partner in 2010.

James is a member of the Law Society's Children Panel and a Higher Court Advocate. James represents adults and children in Local Authority care proceedings as well as in private law children disputes, divorce, financial remedy proceedings and domestic violence injunctions.

James also undertakes private road traffic work having spent a number of years as a court duty solicitor in Hull and East Riding.
