James Ashton

I saw a lot of injustice growing up, it inspired me
to try and make a difference.

James is a Solicitor-Advocate and Director of the company.


James joined Sandersons in 2000, becoming an equity partner in 2010.

James has been a member of the Law Society's Children Panel Accreditation Scheme since 2005 and is a Higher Court Advocate. James represents adults and children in Local Authority care proceedings as well as in private law children disputes and domestic violence injunctions.

James also spent a number of years as a court duty solicitor for Hull and East Riding.
